Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of MeowTarot — the website, the app, and anything you order from us. Using MeowTarot means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

1. Readings are for entertainment

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health helpline. MeowTarot is not a support service.

2. Who can use MeowTarot

MeowTarot is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use MeowTarot only with a parent or guardian's involvement, and do not make purchases without their permission.

3. Your account

Most of MeowTarot works without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. What we store and how deletion works is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Free features and paid features

The core readings — daily card, question spreads, and full spreads — are free. Some things are paid: custom cat decks you create in the Studio, printed deck packages, and other extras we may add. Paid features are always additions. A free reading is never truncated to sell you the rest.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency displayed at checkout. Thai orders are priced in Thai baht.
• Payment is handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Where payment is made by bank transfer or PromptPay, your order is confirmed once we have verified the transfer. Send the payment exactly as instructed, or verification may fail.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund what you paid.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.

6. Custom decks and generated card art

Custom decks are made to order from the choices and any images you provide. Because each deck is generated for you specifically, please check your selections carefully before you confirm.

You may only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches this, and refund it.

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the images you upload. You give us the licence we need to generate, produce, store, and ship your deck, and to provide support for your order.

You may use the card art from a deck you paid for personally, including sharing it on social media. You may not resell it, mass-produce it, or use it as part of another commercial product without our written permission.

7. Digital items and refunds

Custom decks and other digital items are made for you, so once generation has started they cannot be returned. If something is defective — the deck does not generate, the files are corrupt, or you were charged for something you did not receive — contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.

Nothing here removes any refund right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

8. Printed decks and delivery

Printed packages are produced after your order is confirmed, so they are not immediate. We will give you an expected timeline at checkout, but production and shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Check your shipping address before confirming. We cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a deck arrives damaged or the print is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it.

Printed cards are produced from digital art. Small differences in colour between the screen and the printed card are normal and are not a fault.

9. What you may not do

• Break the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or work around limits and access controls
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell our card meanings, artwork, or reading text
• Use MeowTarot to give paid readings to other people as if they were your own service
• Impersonate MeowTarot, or claim we endorse you
• Use the service for anything unlawful

10. Our content

MeowTarot's name, artwork, card meanings, reading text, and software belong to us or our licensors. Reading them, sharing a reading, or posting a card you drew is fine. Copying the content into your own product is not.

11. Third-party services

MeowTarot relies on other providers — sign-in, payment, hosting, and analytics among them — and links out to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their terms. Our Privacy Policy lists who we work with.

12. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try not to break things people rely on, but MeowTarot is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. If we retire a paid feature you have already bought, we will tell you and deal with it fairly.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, MeowTarot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they do not apply to you.

15. Ending your use

You can stop using MeowTarot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to. If we close your account, any unfulfilled paid order will be refunded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use MeowTarot after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
